I had my double mastectomy here with Dr. Micallef. The RN and assistants were amazing! Big shoutout to Lori and Damien (I hope those are the correct names) for all of their help and care.
I had my surgery here on August 15. I HAVE to say that my experience was an amazing one. From check-in, on to OR staff and anesthesia, everyone was so nice, professional, informative and efficient. My IV was in my hand and she is such a pro at this that it was quick and rather painless. Surgery went well, recovery is going well and I would highly recommend this place without reservation.
I had surgery at this center in June 2024. The team was wonderful and very friendly. However, needing an IV started, I was stuck 12 times. I specifically asked that they use a butterfly needle as I have bad veins and just in general, I am a tiny person (made worse also by the fact that it was freezing cold in there and I was NPO after dinner the previous night; totally dehydrated.).
