We got the Maximus 3 roof rack kit with the pioneer platform. It was definitely the right choice. Customer service was awesome and they were very helpful answering my questions. The roof rack only took about 3 hours to install. I am very pleased with their products. Will buy from again!
I’m updating my review. Maximus 3’s response to my review was very helpful and their customer service technician Joe worked with me and even made me a video showing how to install the stinger loop. Great company making quality products. So unbelievably frustrating. I bought the Maximus 3 stinger loop and the installation instructions are insanely unhelpful and cryptic. I ordered Maximus parts for my JK a few years back, and needed additional replacement pieces recently, so I reached out to their customer service for some assistance. My customer service contact, Tracy, was wonderful to work with!
