I’m updating my review. Maximus 3’s response to my review was very helpful and their customer service technician Joe worked with me and even made me a video showing how to install the stinger loop. Great company making quality products. So unbelievably frustrating. I bought the Maximus 3 stinger loop and the installation instructions are insanely unhelpful and cryptic. I ordered Maximus parts for my JK a few years back, and needed additional replacement pieces recently, so I reached out to their customer service for some assistance. My customer service contact, Tracy, was wonderful to work with! Tracy tracked down an on-site contact to ensure parts I was ordering would work with my setup, she followed up with me post order to make sure the order included everything I needed, overall, spectacular customer service!
