Personally not all statisfied. If my struts and shocks felt fine to start with why do I feel like I'm now driving a dumpster after taking the service men advice to get them done. I hate going back and forth after being told my work is done and you're good to go. But the worst is showing a poor attitude when I ask to re-evaluate the problem for the second time. But the personalities were outstanding initially and that's what makes me so sad about my experience with them. I'm just done with them.
