Upon calling Maxium Title Loans they tell you on the phone that the title loans are NOT based on any type of Credit Checks, in fact they will tell you that they do not do Credit checks. This is LIE!!! THEY PERFORM A SOFT CREDIT CHECK & IT SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT!! I was not given a loan due to a PAID judgement something that was not told to me on the phone. The helped me get money fast! – I called late on a Saturday and was able to get someone to help me pretty quickly. I was pretty desperate for some cash and they walked me through the process of getting a loan off the title of my Honda. They help people get money fast for sure!
