Unprofessional and dangerous! I'm leasing a factory, only 4 years old, and recently the roller door control box blew up and tripped the power for the whole factory block. Smoke billowed out. This happened due to the wires coming lose...which should not happen! I called up simply asking if the capacitor could be replaced so I can open my roller door. The owner greeted me with attitude and was reluctant to help. All he wanted to do was pass blame, when this is clearly an installation fault.
