The owner is a scam artist and a liar. Hire them and be ripped off. The owner (Chad) has been in prison for fraud. I found all this out when it was too late of course. I paid him he didnt pay anyone else. Receiving lein threats from sub contractors.Then to top it all of this worm tried to get more money out of me. What a loser. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH !!!!
