La Trece was awesome at her job. Making sure that even if I was anxious, she was right there & made this experience very comfortable. Very polite & professional! The front office was not as friendly as before on the phone. LaTrece deserves a huge raise! Merry Christmas 🎄
Second time here. First time was ok, a little attitude when I asked for a copy of the results, but it was quick and that's what I needed. Today, second appt one year later for something else: arrived for my 4pm appt, and was then informed the appt was for 2:30pm, and that I was late. Instead of apologizing for a mistake at their end, I was told I was not on time and the specialist was no longer available. I’m just leaving Maximum Resolution Imaging. I so appreciate the outstanding customer service, the way they worked with me on my deductible requirement and most of all my technician LATRECE. I was feeling anxious and nervous. She took her time to explain to me everything that was going to happen and when it would happen. Sometimes you feel people are in a job the money and then there are those who you know are walking in their purpose. Ms. Latrece is in her God given purpose
Wonderful experience at Maximum Resolution. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff. They make you feel right at home and everything is pristine. This is the only place i will go for MRI’s from now on. Highly suggested
Very humble and caring staff. I went for a CT Scan. Prices are reasonable without insurance. I highly recommend Maximum Resolution Imaging Center.
