Walked in and got my MRI of the whole body. Best price in town. Came in, did the MRI. Walked out done. Very streamlined and professional staff. Would highly recommend all my friends and family come there for their MRIs.
The worst facility with incompetent medical providers. The black MRI tech is mean. Additionally, they will not release your own medical records to you. I have never heard of this. The ladies at the front desk are rude. Please avoid this place at all cost.
I visited Maximum Resolution on January 10, 2025, for an MRI, and I received exceptional service from the Radiologist, named Treace. She was very personable, explained everything that would occur before and during the imaging, took great care when inserting and removing needles from my arm, checked on me during the imaging procedure, and just made me feel at ease and less stressed. She is definitely an asset to this business and I would refer others because of her exceptional service!
I had a full body MRI done at Maximum a week ago. From the first call of setting up the appointment to meeting with the doctor I felt valued and acknowledged. The MRI tech was patient with me and very detailed in her explanation of the procedure. It was over an hour and I was offered breaks half way. The secretary (Spanish lady) was very nice. The doctor went over the result with me during follow up with recommendations. Five star services all around. Facility is very cleaned.
I’m writing this review to share the outstanding quality and professionalism I experienced at Richmond Medical Clinic/Medical Imaging, also known as Maximum Resolution.
