LaTrice made the experience so wonderful. She was very caring to make sure it was completely comfortable. I had a metal piece, but she was able to make sure it wasn't a problem. She made calls to make sure it was able to finish my appointment. If you need an MRI, she is so wonderful. I've done an MRI one other time and it was miserable. She talked me through each scan and made sure I was still ok. This was a totally different experience!!!!!
Second time here. First time was ok, a little attitude when I asked for a copy of the results, but it was quick and that's what I needed. Today, second appt one year later for something else: arrived for my 4pm appt, and was then informed the appt was for 2:30pm, and that I was late. Instead of apologizing for a mistake at their end, I was told I was not on time and the specialist was no longer available. Btw, they don't confirm the appt by text, vm, email - I should've caught that red flag. Its the 1930s here. But I can s... read more
10/10 experience here!!! Latrice was absolutely amazing! She made it such a great experience! I was feeling a little nervous, and she made me feel safe and comfy! Would come back if I needed too!
La Trece was awesome at her job. Making sure that even if I was anxious, she was right there & made this experience very comfortable. Very polite & professional! The front office was not as friendly as before on the phone. LaTrece deserves a huge raise! Merry Christmas 🎄
I’m just leaving Maximum Resolution Imaging. I so appreciate the outstanding customer service, the way they worked with me on my deductible requirement and most of all my technician LATRECE. I was feeling anxious and nervous. She took her time to explain to me everything that was going to happen and when it would happen. Sometimes you feel people are in a job the money and then there are those who you know are walking in their purpose. Ms. Latrece is in her God given purpose
