Maxine is a liar and has no professional bone in her body! It has been a year since I filed my taxes with her, and I've never received any information or my money. When we first talked, the process was fast, and she was cooperative. After paying my filing fee, communication stopped. She could never give me any information and would always give excuses! This lady is a criminal!! She took my $280 and told me she had submitted my taxes. When I checked the IRS website, and told her there was no account of my taxes being submitted she blocked me. I am not the only one who did it to. So many people. And she refused to refund my money. Beware!!!!
I can't satnd her anymore. She took my $560 to do my son's and his dad taxes, but never submitted the tax papers. The IRS continues to say there is no information about both of them, bt she kept lying to me that she submitted it .Now i find out she block me .You will not eat that $560 for free, my dear. Behave as if you're doing a favor for someone.i have all the receipts with pictures of you, Rude and lying women. I NEED MY MONEY!!!!!!
She took 280$ for my tax fees and blocked me. Poor communication
She doesn’t communicate. She will give an estimate amount of what you will receive but never files it. She’s unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend her to anybody. She has never filed state taxes either.
