Matt does a lot of teaching as he assesses and treats his patients, and is very skilled at identifying unhelpful movement patterns. Plus, the exercises he has me doing for my knee issue are so helpful - I’m feeling stronger and much less likely to injure myself in the future. Thank you!!

I have seen Matt several times for various injuries over the years. Very knowledgeable and personable. The reception staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely believe that Physiotherapy helps with recovery.

Tina was fantastic. She has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and physiology and was able to provide education on the root cause of my back pain and how I can help alleviate the problem.

Matt was friendly, through and scientific, explaining why my elbow pain most likely originates in my neck. He massaged my neck, shoulder and tricep before showing me some ways to massage at home with a lacrosse ball. I especially like that he understands cross country skiing, as he used to race competitively. He helped me understand how adjusting my chin position when double poling can help me decrease my elbow pain. Thank you, Matt!

Tina is great! Really knowledgeable and experienced. She adjusted the massage as she went based on my feedback and how messed up my neck and shoulder are. Felt so good to have all that tension released!
