I was surprised to find out Maximum plumbing is now Trueflow. As always, I was somewhat concerned going to a new service provider. With that, starting with my first call (Caleb? I think), I decided to give them a shot. Brennan and Jeremiah were assigned to my job. Our new countertops and sink were a different design from the original, so the kitchen plumbing (incl new disposal) had to be completely rebuilt/designed which I was unable to articulate over the phone. Technicians were professional, informative and considerate. Let us know when they would me making loud noises such as drilling. Accommodated our needs to access bathrooms while the worked. Replaced removed items from under sink cabinets and our closet. They were efficient and worked well as a team. They accomplished multiple jobs in multiple areas of our home in one day.
