I absolutely love Maximum Performance in Belvidere! Since joining, I’ve lost 35 pounds and feel stronger and more confident than ever. The environment is supportive, motivating, and truly focused on helping you reach your goals. My coach Brandon is amazing. He pushes me in the best way and really knows how to keep workouts challenging but fun. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about your progress, this is it!

I started maximum performance two years ago and loved the program and environment. The instructors do such a great job pumping us up and educating us on our form. The workouts are intense and attainable. I would recommend this gym to all of my friends!
I’ve tried a few gyms in town, and this one is by far the best! The group classes are super fun and a great workout. The instructor is really nice and knows their stuff, always making sure we’re using the right form to avoid injuries. They teach us different ways to use our own body weight, plus weights and bands, to tone every part of our body.
