Jim did my 4L80 transmission last year and at the time they did it quickly and got me back to work. a week ago it started shifting hard and after a conversation and him driving it they found out the torque converter went out. They got me in quickly and replaced it. they also found 2 other issues that would have caused major problems and fixed them.
