Outstanding Service Department!!! i brought my 2 kawi jet skis into maximum for service when other dealerships i brought them to couldnt figure out why they wouldnt go full power. John the service manager asked me to give him a day to figure out why. 3 hours later john and my salesman derek called me to explain the situation and what needs to be done to fix it. MAXIMUM IS NUMBER ONE!! last saturday i purchased a yamaha cruiser motorcycle. my salesman Evan made this purchase extremely easy for me. I had to leave during the middle of it to go pick up my kids, he assure me by the time i got back, all the paperwork would be ready to sign and my motorcycle would be ready for delivery. He even took the time to introduce me to the owner Kenny, and the service manager John. The service manager took time to explain proper maintenance of the motorcycle to me. classic bait and switch dealership Classic bait and switch dealership. Sales manager Pete has lousy attitude gets nasty if you try to negotiate a deal. Says he's a ex wall street guy and pays list for everything. Wouldn't buy a quart of oil from these crooks.-
