I called Maximum Mechanical as my condo corporation provided owners with 4 business days' notice that AC systems had to be disconnected and the property management company for the condo suggested Maximum Mechanical. I had experience with this company, I do not recommend anyone to contact them. For 2 hours of work I paid 600 dollars, this is just robbery. As it turned out, you pay not only for the work but also for the road that he will travel from the office to your place.
