“MI” will do anything but do the job right, after three attempts at fixing the problem. Going from most cheap to normal rates. The problem was never fixed, even after waiting a whole month for different contractors. Stray away from renting.
The discriminate and abuse the customers, overcharging. They have a rental properties in a deplorable conditions, more the twenty-five years old water heater, more than 70 years old furnace, fuses-plugs electrical systems they are having trouble every month in their rental houses because of the electrical problems and for all those repairs they charged to the tenant but not all of them only the foreign country tenants…
