I met Greg from Maximum Impact Productions while at a BMW event. He was working the dj booth and I immediately noticed how friendly he was and his sense of humor. We decided to book him for our wedding and it was the best decision. Greg is passionate about music and takes his profession seriously. Tried booking him, the guy wouldn’t stop pressuring for a sale, I asked him to send an estimate to my email, he then said my communication was weird and gave up on the deal. If he would have helped us most likely he would have got 10-15 new deals. As a MBA I would recommend being more patient, providing accurate information and stop pressure to sell and allow the customer to make a decision when he or she wants.
