I recently enrolled my daughter in swim lessons at Maximum Fitness. Very nice pool area and it’s heated so my daughter has no issues getting in. From what I’ve seen, the coaches are all awesome and my daughter feels really comfortable in the pool with them. There are only 1-2 others in her class right now, so it’s nice that she gets a lot of coaching in the 30 minutes. I started working out at Maximum Fitness in June of 2024. I've tried several other gyms around Vacaville and I can honestly say at Maximum Fitness there is a better variety of equipment than any of the other gyms around. The staff are always very friendly and the environment and ambience feels like you are part of the family.. Showed up with my kid to do the one week intro. Was told my kid is not a resident and would need to be signed up, pay for daycare. My kid is a competitive runner who wants to train on the cardio machines. The front desk guy explanations differed greatly from a previous tour and information provided by a young lady. Emailed the company for clarification and after several days had zero reply. Policies seem to vary based upon who is there and inquiries to management go unanswered.

Ron Lyons and Deborah the manager they’ve been very helpful to me as a member. Ron has helped me out with a menu plan to achieve my health goals and that has been a great experience. They have helped me with an exercise routine and shown me how to use equipment. Very clean and professional environment here and I highly recommend anyone to come here. The information that Ron gives with nutrition is invaluable! I’ve never seen this kind of help at any gym I’ve been to over the years.
