The gym has been closed the past several months for undetermined reasons. In December, they didn't take out monthly dues because of that but they did in January. I enjoyed the gym and would recommend it if they would open up again. The location in Jessup is good albeit somewhat small and quite far for consistent use. If they open again, I would recommend it as an affordable gym option. I loved this gym because it was smaller but nicely equipped. Had a nice environment and friendly staff members. Glad I joined when I did because shortly thereafter, staffing became scarce, the doors remained unsecured and it seemed like something was off. Couple of months later, during normal business hours there would be no one working. I had a question about a fee they charged but no one was available to answer me by phone or in person. They got evicted and didn’t give me my money back.
The location closed with no warning The gym sends out an email nov 14 saying they’d be closing for an unspecified amount of time. ok fine. hopefully I can call and just cancel as I was working out everyday at this point and needed to find a gym. I’ve spent the last few weeks calling to cancel -and no answer. Woke up today with a charge from a gym that’s been closed over a month. Called the other location and they claim to have no affiliation and no way to get in contact as that location has been evicted. SO disappointed. 0/1... read more
Gym been closed for a month now and still don't know when it will open back up. Also they took out membership dues for the month and are closed smh.
