A Maximum Fire and Security technician installed 13 wired smoke alarms to replace aged ones in our townhome complex. The technician was personable, neat, and competent - he did a great job and was considerate of our special requests.
I use to work for this company. Owner is not what I'd expect from a professional. Yelled at me in front of other employees and without warning fired me because he was upset about something. Then, as I was leaving continued to scream at me even while I was in my car. Not very professional at all. I do not recommend anyone working there nor using his company.
