The Maximum Exterminating employee, Shannon, was timely and extremely efficient. He searched around, found the problem area, and took care of it promptly. He had to go through a vent and into sub flooring and voila, hopefully no more subteranean termites. Wade came out again in May (2025) looked into the problem area (overhead insects) and proceeded to take care of them with maximum efficiency after having checked out the roof and overhead flat roof.
