This gym is thebomb.com! I love working out here on the brand new equipment. There is plenty of space and the owner is continuing to expand. The manager is pretty cool too.
I love how Dondi sets up the classes, how he knows and understands the body & how he encourages you to do your best! His gym has a really great vibe, plus is really clean!!!!!
