Roof work was completed in August 2019. I was told it would take them 4-6 weeks to get the manufacturer to include their work in the existing warranty. As of January 16, 2020, I have not received any confirmation. James and Bev have stopped answering my phone calls and emails. This is what happens when you pay a contractor in full before they deliver. The other company that recommended them to me stepped in to help follow-up with the manufacturer.
