Friendly, professional, kind staff members who made my repair process from start to finish easy and seamless. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car came back looking like no damage had ever occurred.
I booked at Maximum Collision as I had used them before. Excellent customer service! They did an estimate and booked my car in for the repairs. They provided a courtesy car and updated me through the whole process. When I got my car back it looked better than before it got hit and they wash and detailed it!
The work done on my car was very professional and high quality. I also give kudos to the staff to provide me updates regularly about progress of work being done on my car while it was being repaired. They took care of including dealing with ICBC, parts and rental vehicle. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
