Pathetic excuse of a “shop”. Whole review with all details will be included within the week. This is just the tip of the spear for now. I’m so sick and tired of being mistreated by businesses. I gave them every opportunity to make things right. I’ve left multiple messages with no response. So here is my honest thoughts in a nutshell, with more details to come. Highly recommend Abbotsford Carstar Maximum Collision - they repaired my vehicle exactly as they outlined in the initial examination. They provided a high quality, modern, safe and capable courtesy vehicle for the week while my car was under repair. It was so easy and fast to get processed, which I really appreciated. I was rear ended - but the repair job looks factory! Last but not least their customer service is so welcoming and nice.
Great experience staff were friendly kind and courteous. Fast and got the job completed in a quick efficient manner. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for hard working honest shop that truly care about their customers. They do not upsell and only fix what you asked to be fixed no gimmicks no lies just honest hard working mechanics and techs and front desk staff. Will be my go to for car stuff.
Amazing staff, fast time great work. Hopefully won’t need to come back but if I do I’ll be coking back here!
