After some miscommunication and confusion from a previous visit, they went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel heard and valued at their establishment and showed my daughter and her friend a fantastic time. This is how you should run a business and they absolutely care about their customers and their experience. We absolutely will be returning.
I took my daughter and her friend here for the smash room for my daughter’s birthday and was very underwhelmed. I paid $100 for a half hour with both of them and then they only let them go for 15 minutes and said that the half hour includes “prep time and waivers” which I find absolutely ridiculous. They also did not get what was promised in the package. There was supposed to be 2 big screen TV’s and instead they placed 2 small TV’s in the room. Just completed an hour axe throwing and it was so fun! The nice worker spotted us pulling up (since we were the only ones there) and let us know we could park up front since it was pouring rain. Lots of fun and he let us pick the music. We will definitely be back!
Awsome fun place.
What a great time!! Staff was great to work with. We had a group of 10, and everyone wants to do it again.
