I tried this place based on the Google reviews and I can tell you right now that you won't be disappointed. I took my Jeep in here for a 2nd opinion as one reputable shop quoted me over 4.8k for the repair. Maximum Auto took another look at it and got it fixed during the diagnostic check. Mike and Jimmy went above and beyond with both of our vehicles. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and were genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be back.
Very good experience. I needed a water pump replaced in a Ford Edge...a rather involved job since it's located inside the timing cover. Several other shops I called said they couldn't do it... too complicated. Jimmy and his team had it done in two days. I've driven it for three months now with no issues. Service was fast and friendly and cost was reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.
I have used them twice for automotive repairs. They have been very fair with their pricing and really quick with the repairs. They are very courteous when talking to me or my wife. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I definitely trust Maximum Auto Repair.
