I purchased a high end home theater system costing north of $20k. The communication was great until the day of install. On the Install day the guys hooked everything up in a rush, and left the place a mess. Fingerprints all over the glass, cables jumbled up, smart home integration incomplete, and system unstable. Worse customer service ever received by an audio business. Gabe is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. Will NEVER get my business again.
Last fall, I spent over ten thousand dollars on audio / video equipment and install. Initial service was fine, but any follow up with any issues has been totally useless. No response or substantially delayed response. With one issue, Gabe even tried to blame me for the problem. They are great while they still want your money. After they have your money, you obviously are no longer important. They might be OK for lower cost items like window tint or car stereo, but I say stay away if you expect to need any follow up after the... read more
