My furnace unit was a bit loud for my taste so Trae spent 5 minutes and the issue was taken care of. He also did extras in a matter of minutes. I am beyond impressed with this gentleman. I will always refer Trae to anyone who wants to know about this company!
To me, they went above and beyond, making sure everything was in good order. Price may not the lowest, but reasonable and fair; but as I always say, you get what you pay for. Plus, once your on their plan, you can get quick emergency service for same or next day. Will keep using Maximo Heating And Cooling for sure.
The staff was informative. Evans went above and beyond to loan me a portable A/C unit as I was going to be without for a week. All around 5 star customer service. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision. No high pressure sales here, highly recommended!
