That was an incredible experience. Lena was able to explain everything that was going on with muscle compensation, as well as ways to mitigate pain/ increase strength moving forward. Definitely "massage as medicine" / sports medicine type body work, with a very chill vibe. Just what I needed and stoked she provides follow up movements and exercises to do between sessions. A lot of thought and effort with years of experience to back it. 10/10
Lena is absolutely the best. She is clearly talented and very knowledgable. Her deep tissue massage, by far exceeds any massage I've ever had. I am very active and there's a lot of wear and tear on my body because of that. Lena has helped me through two different issues so that I could continue to do what I love and without pain!
As a massage therapist myself, I really appreciate a therapist who can do deep, detailed work and that’s exactly what Lena delivers. Not only is my body unlocking way faster than I thought, my overall well-being has improved too. Having Lena in your wellness toolbox will be an absolute game changer.
One of the best massages I had so far. Good amount of pressure (I am pretty sure it can be more if you can handle it!). Lena has years of experience which shows through her technique and effectiveness. I left feeling good soreness throughout my body and my achy areas are no longer an issue. Lena not only does great massage but also offers personal training. Definitely I will be coming back!
Lena is the best! I highly recommend her. She finds all the tight spots and really works through them.
