I wouldn't have even given them 1 star if possible! This practice is very incompetent , Nurse Practitoner Pamala leigh Schult they took my labs and found out I have Hashimoto's Disease, I was referred to this office because my TSH was High, I let her know during my visit I have had allergic reactons to Synthroid and Tirosent and Levothyroxin so she called me in Levoxyl I let them know on that I needed to be Monitored because of the bad allergic reactions I have from the other medications so I wanted to be monitored by some k... read more

Horrible experience trying to get an appointment. Terrible communication!! Waited three months and still no appointment. Never was clear communication on what kind of test they needed or information to be able to get an appointment. Called numerous times. No one seemed to have a clue. I’ve since gotten another referral to a different doctor. After waiting so long, I’m hoping I have nothing serious going on. Do not recommend this hospital or provider. If I could give them less than a one star, I would.
With Dr Rappaport I never feel rushed. He answers all my questions so I understand ckearly. He also shares information that I'd not thought of reference my medical situation. I'm so grateful to have landed in his care.
