What a horrible experience with Max. I filed a complaint with the peace health quality control department. she said there were other complaints against Max and I was not the only person to file a complaint. He was rushed. has 12 minutes with me. Did not address any of my issues. I guess this is the state of the medical system for profit. I also was married and he recommended I get a HIV test. when I asked him about this he said he could remove this from the tests if I did not want it.

I would not even give max a 1 star. very arrogant. very young. without experience of knowledge. I will never return to peacehealth. I filed a complaint with the quality department at Peacehealth. She tried to change me to another doctor with more experience but she said there is a 8 month wait. So for new patients they pawn you off to Max who is a horrible doctor.

I went in for a wellness visit and the doctor mis-coded it and my medicare will not pay for it. During the visit, Max stared at the computer screen and not one time did he look at me. I will not return to this doctor. This was also a very useless visit.

First time seeing Dr Taylor.. I felt he was abrupt and unfriendly. Perhaps those impressions were due to the pressure of him being given 20 minutes to see each patient per PeaceHealth admin, however, that doesn't justify treating a person rudely. I think he was thorough in his diagnosis and performed due diligence, but come on Peace Health, don't trade human compassion for greed and allow your doctors more time.
