My fur baby was sick and my regular doctor was on vacation and recommended Kittrell to me. Everyone was super nice, took up time with my sick girl, diagnosed her with ear infection and a bad tooth. We were prescribed the proper medication and on our way. Price was very affordable for an emergency situation and the care was outstanding. Thank you Kittrell Animal Hospital for caring for my baby.
Kittrell Animal Hospital is amazing. The lady at the front is very kind and accommodating as well as the vet techs and the veterinarian. They were very attentive to my concerns and treated Pete as if he were their own. I will definitely be returning! Thank you again!
Hi on the seventeenth of july i toke my jack russell into kittrell animal hospital.The staff was very nice.we were attended to right away,even through the more serious ones were cared for first,that was no problem.They were great with my baby.All staff seems knowledgeable and efficient.and kind
I have been to the Kittrell Animal Hospital twice within a month for two different fur babies. The first unfortunately, was to put our 15yr. old cat to rest after her health rapidly declined. The Dr. and staff were so kind and showed empathy during our grieving process. They handled our sweet girl with great care. I have gone to Kittrell Animal Hospital for years with many animals and over time the staff there has become ruder and ruder. Any time I call up there with a question or try to come in over an issue with my pet(s), I’m met with horrible attitudes from the office staff. I have been pushed to make the decision to go elsewhere for care with my pets, as I don’t want to put them in a hostile environment for care.
