Excellent service and expertise every time I look for jewellery!!
We have had really awesome experiences at this store! My engagement ring is from Maxime's and I absolutely adore it! It has held up really well and anytime I am in the area I pop by for a free cleaning. I have gotten other jewelry here as well and I really love it. The staff have been amazing and always make us feel important when we enter the store. We will be sad to see this location go but will definitely go to Chinook in the future!
Went in looking for Swiss watches, employee said they only had Oris. I asked how much they were and she said 20k, and then remarked that “is it higher than what I expected?” They are only around 2-3k on their website. Not even sure what she was trying to do except not work. No wonder this location is shutting down. Half the time there isn’t even anyone in the store customers or employees.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were so attentive and spent a lot of time with my fiance and me picking out our wedding bands and the engagement ring. The ring came earlier than promised, and it was made exactly the way we custom ordered it. We even got a free upgrade for a larger diamond! I am just over the moon- thank you Maxine's for the great experience!
