I mean, what an incredible experience. Julia made the engagement ring purchase the best I could ever ask for. She took her time explaining everything to me and my soon to be fiance (fingers crossed) she designed exactly what she wanted, AND helped me with the price as best as she humanly could. I work out of town and she even allowed my best friend to be able to pick up the ring and the wonderful package she made with it as well. Since then, we’ve actually moved away, but when we were back in the area recently, we made a special trip to the mall just to get her ring cleaned and we were so happy to see Julia again! For a licensed Seiko retailer they’re sure dropping the ball. One mostly empty display case with two watches facing the mall where all the foot traffic goes by. No one acknowledge my presence or seemed even remotely interested in selling anything. Even while looking at a full Oris display case still nothing. I was well dressed and wearing an expensive watch so I can’t see a reason for this behavior from them. Maybe you’ll have better luck but if you’re looking for a Seiko I wouldn’t waste my time at Maxine’s.
