I have only good things to say about this hair salon. I needed to switch salons, so I contacted Maxime Studio Ouest. The service has always been great and the prices are very affordable. The staff that I have met are friendly and welcoming.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a very unpleasant experience with this salon. I was parked outside for about an hour and a half because there was an activity at my child’s daycare, and I was there as a parent participant. Several other parents were also parked in the same area. A lady from the salon came out and spoke to me in a very rude and passive-aggressive tone. My sister-in-law recently had an unfortunate encounter outside this salon that left a very negative impression. She was parked nearby for about an hour and a half while attending an event at her child’s daycare, where she was participating as a parent. Several other parents were also parked in the same area. A woman from the salon came out and asked if she worked at the daycare.
