Had online appointment requested through hotdoc and 15mins prior they called to cancel it saying I was a new patient! All I needed was a prescription for Silvadene Cream, Would never try this practice at all.
I would highly recommend this medical practice the team from the reception , management and Dr Sarah have always been incredibly helpful and understanding. I have been a long term patient Dr Sarah she has always been understanding and compassionate . Is extremely knowledgeable and always up for a good laugh. Thank you to everyone ☺️
I have been incredibly happy with my treatment by Dr Sarah. She is respectful, thorough, and inclusive. On multiple occasions she has undertaken a more thorough investigations after doctors at other practices failed to do even the bare miminum. Where they compromised my health, she took the time to really listen and take steps to make sure I received great care. I highly recommend Dr Sarah
Quite simply Dr Sarah Wood is a fabulous doctor and a fabulous person! She has looked after me for the past 6 years and is always very proactive with her medical care. The staff at Maxim Street have always been lovely and helpful whenever I've had to call. I have been going to Maxim Street since the birth of my son in 2022. Across my family, we have visited and had Telehealth appointments with many different GP’s at the practice and have always had great experiences. Dr. Sarah and the nurses are thorough but also gentle with my kids, particularly during vaccinations. The staff at the front desk are fantastic and are always so helpful when I need to adjust appointments.
