The receptionist has horrible attitude and customer service! When I let Dr. Spektor know he said yes we have been getting alot of complaints on her because of that. He asked, "do you have any suggestions?" Uummm yes have her look up some Youtube videos regarding customer service, he then proceeded to say we are not customers! This is not McDonalds that we are patients...uumm sir yes we are YOUR patients not hers! She is your employee and has to provide some type of service. I would leave no stars if I could. The mean and rude women that does the billing coding my necessary preventative procedure as ageneral diagnostic procedure and when the hospital called me for my $1000 I told them that it must be coded incorrectly and they said they know, not the first time. I feel bad for the mean lady she must be so miserable and takes it out on the patients. When I called to ask her why she did this she said she needs to call me back, no apology.
