This company is extremely professional and efficient in their work. I a recommend them to all of my clients with no hesitation because I know that they have fair pricing and are just very good at what they do. I truly believe that all of the last 5 bad reviews that were put on their account in a matter of two days are from someone that wants to harm their business because they have so much work and do such a great job.
I was quoted one price, then halfway through the job, they claimed there were "unforeseen issues" and added hundreds of dollars in extra costs. The team left trash and old materials all over my yard, and I had to clean up after them. The final result doesn't even look like quality work. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.
I hired this roofing contractor expecting professional service, but the experience was a nightmare. The crew showed up late multiple times, and the work took nearly twice as long as quoted. Even worse, the shingles were installed unevenly, and now I'm dealing with leaks just a few weeks after the job was supposedly "finished." Communication was terrible throughout. Avoid at all costs.
Rick and his crew are fantastic. Great communication. Beautiful work. They are honest and reliable. It’s hard to find a good company. My mom was quoted by two companies prior to Maxim Roofing. She’s retired and on a fixed income. Maxim came and gave a quote one day and was able to do the work the next day. They also cleaned everything up for her. Great pricing and quality work. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again.
