We had to walk on egg shells to not hurt anyones feelings just to work. If you cant communicate without taking everything so personnally in this day and age it is really difficult. Especially when you have CPAs and Lawyers license on the line from being sued from errors made by the outsourced company that you use. Maybe they are made for companies that have a different work culture than ours. We are heavily government agency driven so it wasnt a match.
