I have just done my hair & brows procedures with Maxim Hair. They were amazing. I have done a few hair transplants procedure in the past with a different clinic, and I am happy to say that Maxim Hair Team was superb. The team was knowledgeable, professional and warm. Had a virtual consult at 11am. They were running late and let me know which was fine. At 11:27 receive a text asking if I could hop on the call. Responded 4 minutes later and no response. Received an email I was a “no show.” Very unprofessional.
