Jenna did a wonderful job on my hair. I gave her 2 pictures and told her I wanted a mix of both and it turned out great. I have some curl to my hair so a lot of hairdressers mess it up. Not Jenna. Best haircut I have had since before COVID. I’m taking my daughter there this week for curtain bangs. I’ll update on that. Jenna is actually the first hair stylist they have had in years, so there are spots open if you are looking for a great hair stylist. Price is right, too
Very disappointing experience. Polish didn’t dry for 24 hours and smushed. Customer service subpar and rude. I returned to have them fix the polish & 4 days later they called to tell me I owed money from my original service. They had NO price sheets or published information for their rates and said they needed to have them printed. Sketchy and poor experience overall. Will not return. Do not recommended.
