Its been 14 mos. and my shoulder still pops out of place. They wanted to do a 2nd surgery due to a screw being too long. I waited 8 days before rescheduling only for them to contact me and tell me I was no longer covered by ins. An associate, in a recheck appt. told me it wasn't like putting empty dumpy back together again. He stated that "you people come in here wanting a miracle, we're only human and do the best we can.
