Brought my Honda V65 Magna to the shop off Kyrene and talked to a cycle tech named Robert. He was soft spoken though passionate about my electrical problems and getting them solved. Dropped it off on Friday and got a call Monday to pick it up. Upon arriving Robert smiled at me and said all fixed. Price was reasonable but the service was excellent. Hes my new wrench... Thanks Maxim for getting me back on the road... Joe Nelson

On 10-4-2014 my son brought his motorcycle in to Maxims in Tempe, they were suppose to change out the handlebars , check and clean the carb. , install light bar. A couple of weeks went by and no word, so I called , Doc the owner told me that my son had brought the wrong risers for the bars. He said he would order the right ones and get back to us. Fired Employee Write Bad Review – Maxim Cycle opened its doors on February 1, 2011. It unfortunately hired a recent MMI graduate. He recently was discharged from the Marines and needed help, so the shop was opened. This man began stealing from the company and working on people's bikes without writing invoices on them. Affordable Motorcycle Repair – Brought my motorcycle in on a trailer. It had been sitting for two years and wouldn't start or even turn over with a new battery. It seems the drain from my roof on the house leaked on and into the bike. The technician took time to fully diagnosis my problems and submitted an estimate that was reasonable. Beware scam maxon cycle Beware of David Harrington AKA Maxim cycle !!! I had maxon cycle work on one of my quad. The carburetor was messed up on it was not getting enough fuel. It took three weeks for Dave to get back with me. When he finally got back with me. He told me nothing wrong with it. When I went down there to pick up the quad it still would not start. beware- does not stand behind work – brought 250 honda to fix a clicking noise in crankcase . it took 4 weeks to complete, inwhich he said 3 days. after repairing it still made same noise. bought back and owner states he fixed the problem and would not fix. Bought it to honda dealership and was fixed in 2 days. honda dealership sayes bike crankcase was not even opened- still had factory seals. Maxim will still not refund the money paid. hope this helps other people from getting stiffed by Maxim Cycle.
