I've had very disappointing experience with Maxim Crane. They do not answer their phones, and it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. I have been waiting for more than three weeks for them to resolve my issue, and nothing has been done . The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend relying on this company is you need timely support.
