Pre sales and installation of Panasonic air-conditioner was satisfactory but after sales is appalling. 12 months down the line, they sent me a message that it is due for servicing. I have been chasing them for 3 months now to organizing service with no results and only promises that someone will call to arrange time. Will never recommend them to anyone.
These are the only guys I will deal with after what a fantastic job they did with my split system. Couldn't be happier.
