Great service for my Panasonic and Airtouch ducted system. Filters nicely cleaned, ductwork and indoor and outdoor units checked for faults. Control display settings explained better than the manual, meaning I'll get better comfort control at reduced energy cost. I'd recommend Johnny from Maxim anytime.
