I arrived at 7:30 AM for an oil service appointment and the service doors opened as I drove up. Blake Crispino was very professional and friendly and had the paperwork handled promptly. I left the truck and a couple of hours later, Blake called to say it was done. Pick up was as smooth as drop off. I'll be back for my next service in a few months. ChasR

I had a great experience with the Service Department at Maxie Price. I brought my 2023 Tahoe in when I had an unexpected problem. Turned out that the engine failed due to the current recall. Steve in service kept me informed and handled the warranty claim flawlessly. Not only did he keep me in the loop the entire time through calls and a video overview of what the mechanic found to be the problem the next day after dropping of the Tahoe, I even received the updates by text option as well.
