Dealedship was fine, but GM is terrible. I had to wait 4 weeks for a part from GM to fix my truck. 4 weeks. My less than 2 year old truck with 24,000 miles was sitting in a dealership lot while I was paying my monthly truck payment for a truck I could not use. 4 weeks waiting for a part to fix my truck. That is ridiculous.
The work needed was clearly described to me. The work was done in a timely manner.
