Sharon is a magician! Over the weeks she has provided care for a severe case of plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Totally gone! And for a severe back issue. She has given me subtle exercises to correct my balance and legs. She has also given me exercises for my upper back extremity. And her massages, cupping and taping have improved my back and upper strength significantly. I found Sharon, my Physical Therapist, was great! She targeted the areas where I needed to build my strength and changed up the exercises frequently. She was very informative and most helpful. She was wonderful to work with and very kind. Angel would greet me behind the desk at every visit with a smile and even at times assist Sharon with my specific exercises. As a senior, I needed PT for balance and strength. I initially was surprised at how little strength I had in my legs and ankles after a simple test. I signed up with Maxicare and spent 8 weeks doing simple, yet impactful exercises with Sharon. I surprised myself with how quickly I was able to increase my strength and balance. I got back pain for some time. I went to Maxine physical Therapy. Sharon trained my physical strength particularly in my lower back. After 8 visits, my back no longer pain. Sharon is very good and pay attention to details.
