Very undependable. Workers doesn't show up on scheduled days & no calls from agency either. Hired to help my elderly mom & I end up having to take off from work because they don't show up. Communication with clients sucks. I end up having to call them to check what happened to the caregiver that supposed to come. Happened multiple times. Workers are good, if they show up at all.
MaxiCare-Link has helped my auntie a lot when I was busy with school. Their staff is very patient because sometime my auntie can be a little slow with her speaking and routine. She was taken care of when I'm off to school or wok. Will definitely refers them.
