Straight off I need to give Maxi Maid a star for being available in a pinch. I called them at 10:00 and the were able to have to cleaners at my place by 13:00 and that's hard enough to find. Clearly their management is working. Their cleaners are not. Presumably, because it was short notice, the A, B, and C teams were all occupied and I got the bottom of their rosters barrel.
