Nick and Brandon were very transparent and resolved car issues quickly
What Maxi’s so flippantly did to me could have drastically changed my life and my budget. And they don’t care. Long story short- they claimed my oil, oil filter and engine were full of metal shards. “It looked like a disco ball in there.” They said my car needed a new engine. Thankfully I took it for a second opinion but the shop didn’t open until Monday. I spent the weekend completely stressed shopping for a new car I couldn’t afford.
